We offer high-end Thai cuisine, served in elegant, yet warm and welcoming, surroundings. Our standards of service are renowned for being attentive and friendly. We promise wholly authentic, beautifully executed and stylishly presented contemporary and classic Thai cuisine.

Each individual dish is freshly prepared, in accordance with the customer’s wishes, by our team of Thai chefs, each with decades of experience at the highest level. Passorn uses only the finest and freshest Scottish ingredients and all the Thai herbs, spices and vegetables that we use are imported from Thailand. We would never use MSG in our cooking.

Cindy developed her enthusiasm for high-quality Thai cuisine as a result of having witnessed her parents’ long involvement in running successful restaurants in Bangkok, her native city.

‘Passorn’ is a part of Sirapassorn, which is Cindy’s Thai name. It means ‘Angel’ in Thai. We hope that all who dine with us enjoy an angelic experience.
