Cindy Sirapassorn

Cindy developed her enthusiasm for high-quality Thai cuisine as a result of having witnessed her parents’ long involvement in running successful restaurants in Bangkok, her native city.

‘Passorn’ is a part of Sirapassorn, which is Cindy’s Thai name. It means ‘Angel’ in Thai. We hope that all who dine with us enjoy an angelic experience.

Head Chef

Paihtoon has been working in Thai cuisine for over 30 years in Bangkok and Southern Asia. He has an extraordinary passion for cooking.

His team also have backgrounds in Thai cuisine for many decades in Thailand and Europe.
